Secretary to the general manager,1人

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the convening of the company's three meetings (shareholders meeting, board of directors, and board of supervisors) and general manager's office meeting, and collecting and organizing meeting proposals; filing meeting notices, convening meetings, writing meeting minutes, forming meeting resolutions, and reporting meeting results , do a good job in saving, organizing and archiving relevant meeting materials;

2. Participate in and undertake the company's comprehensive writing work, and participate in drafting meeting materials and other comprehensive documents for the board of directors, board of supervisors and shareholders' meetings;

Qualifications:
